REGOLAMENTO

PARTECIPAZIONE

·         La partecipazione è aperta a chitarristi e musicisti di qualsiasi nazionalità senza limiti di età

·         È possibile partecipare in qualità di corsista effettivo (EF) o corsista uditore (UD)

·         È fissato il numero massimo di 10 (dieci) corsisti effettivi per ogni docente

·         Ad ogni corsista effettivo sono garantite due lezioni

MODALITÀ DI ISCRIZIONE

·         L’iscrizione avviene esclusivamente on line

·         I corsisti dovranno compilare il modulo accessibile al link:

Nel compilare il modulo è necessario per tutti:

·         Scegliere la tipologia di corso: effettivo/uditore

·         Immettere il codice CRO del bonifico relativo al versamento per l’iscrizione

Per i minori:

·         Inserire l’autorizzazione, firmata da un genitore, da scansionare/fotografare e caricare in piattaforma (bozza in calce al presente regolamento)

FREQUENZA E ORGANIZZAZIONE DELLE LEZIONI

·         La Master class  prevede la frequenza, in qualità di effettivi o di uditori, per l’intero periodo di svolgimento.

·         Per l’arrivo e la successiva partenza è previsto, su richiesta e necessariamente da concordare, il servizio di navetta gratuita a/r per la Stazione Centrale di Lamezia Terme e/o aeroporto

·         Gli iscritti risultanti sulla piattaforma dovranno presentarsi la mattina del 30 marzo 2020 dalle ore 09:00 alle ore 9:30 presso il Chiostro caffè letterario, sede della Master class, sito in p.zza San Domenico nel Comune di Lamezia Terme

·         Le attività didattiche avranno inizio alle ore 9:30 del 30 marzo 2020. 

·         Ad ogni corsista effettivo sono garantite due lezioni individuali da svolgere durante le due giornate in ragione di una al giorno

·         Per accedere alle Master class è necessario iscriversi all’Associazione Animula. È possibile effettuare l’iscrizione all’Associazione, quale socio ordinario, contestualmente all’iscrizione alla Master class

·         tutti i soci iscritti, effettivi ed uditori, potranno assistere a tutte le lezioni

·         Limitatamente alle disponibilità dei Docenti e di calendario, sarà possibile svolgere lezioni aggiuntive

COSTI

La partecipazione alla Master-class è subordinata all’iscrizione, in qualità di socio ordinario, all’Associazione Animula. Qualunque formula prevede, per chi non sia già socio, un costo aggiuntivo di €10,00 (dieci/00) relativo all’iscrizione. Diventare soci dell’Associazione da diritto ad assistere a tutte le attività organizzate da Animula fino al 31 dicembre 2020.

È possibile iscriversi ad una o ad entrambe le master-class.

VERSAMENTI

·         Bonifico di acconto entro il 20 febbraio pari al 50% della quota di pertinenza

·         Bonifico a saldo entro entro il 26 marzo per la quota rimanente

N.B.

Gli allievi provenienti dalle istituzioni scolastiche statali/parastatali ad indirizzo musicale (scuola secondaria di I, II o Afam), usufruiscono  del 10% di riduzione sul costo della Master class. Per questa agevolazione è necessario presentare, a completamento della documentazione, un certificato di iscrizione rilasciato dall’Istituto di provenienza, da esibire la mattina del 30 marzo.

È facoltà dell’Istituto d’origine riconoscere ai corsisti crediti formativi.

Il bonifico dovrà essere effettuato sul conto intestato all’Associazione Culturale Animula, il cui IBAN è: IT79L0306967684510741019782, specificando nella causale:  Master class marzo 2020 con “nome cognome” del docente, “cognome nome” del corsista, tipologia di iscrizione (effettivo o uditore), tipologia di bonifico (a saldo o in acconto), specificando l’eventuale quota di tesseramento.

La quota versata potrà essere restituita:

·         integralmente solo in caso di impossibilità ad accettare la domanda per esaurimento dei posti disponibili, o per eventuale annullamento del Corso.

In caso di restituzione per i motivi sopra esposti è facoltà dell’interessato confermare o meno l’iscrizione all’Associazione per l’eventuale trattenuta o restituzione della quota relativa.

RESPONSABILITÀ ED AUTORIZZAZIONI

·         L’organizzazione declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni a persone o cose che possano manifestarsi  durante lo svolgimento della manifestazione

·         La partecipazione alle Master classes comporta l’accettazione incondizionata del presente regolamento e vale contestualmente anche quale liberatoria per le riprese audio e video che potranno essere effettuate durante le attività, oltre che per il loro eventuale successivo utilizzo da parte dell’Associazione Animula

·         Per eventuali controversie è competente il Foro di Lamezia Terme

La presente autorizzazione viene concessa in piena libertà ed autonomia, senza condizioni o riserve.

In conseguenza di quanto sopra, la/il sottoscritta/o con la presente dichiarazione solleva  l’organizzazione dalle responsabilità che in ogni modo dovessero sorgere in conseguenza della partecipazione del minore alle attività programmate e per qualsiasi danno dovesse subire alla propria persona o arrecare a terzi o a cose nello svolgimento delle stesse.

PARTICIPATION

·         Participation is open to guitarists and musicians of any nationality without age limits

·         You can participate as an actual student (EF) or hearing student (UD)

·         The maximum number of 10 (ten) effective students for each teacher is fixed

·         Each learner is guaranteed two lessons

REGISTRATION METHOD

·         Registration takes place exclusively online

·         Students must complete the form accessible at the link:

In order to fill the form it is necessary for everyone:

·         Choose the type of course: actual / auditor

·         Enter the personal data requested

·         Enter the CRO code of the bank transfer for the payment for registration

For minors:

·         Enter the authorization, signed by a parent, to be scanned / photographed and uploaded to the platform (draft at the bottom of this regulation)

ATTENDANCE AND ORGANIZATION OF THE LESSONS

·         The Master class includes attendance, as staff or auditors, for the entire period of performance.

·         For the arrival and subsequent departure, a free shuttle service to / from Lamezia Terme Central Station and / or airport is provided on request and necessarily to be agreed

·         The resulting subscribers on the platform must appear on the morning of 30 March 2020 from 09:00 to 9:30 at the “Chiostro caffé letterario”, home of the Master class, located in Piazza San Domenico in the Municipality of Lamezia Terme

·         Didactic activities will start at 9:30 am on 30 March 2020.

·         Each individual student is guaranteed two individual lessons to be carried out during the two days at the rate of one per day

·         To access the Master classes it is necessary to enroll in the Animula Association. It is possible to enroll in the association, as ordinary member, at the same time as enrollment in the Master class all registered

·         members, actual and auditors, will be able to assist to every lesson

·         Limited to the availability of teachers and calendar, it will be possible to carry out additional lessons

COSTS

Participation in the Master class is subject to registration as an ordinary member of the Animula Association. Any formula provides, for those who are not already members, an additional cost of € 10.00 (ten / 00) relating to registration. Becoming a member of the Association you can attend all the activities organized by Animula until 31 December 2020.

It is possible to enroll in one or both master-classes.

PAYMENTS

·         Payment of a deposit by bank transfer by 20 February equal to 50% of the relevant share

·         Payment of the balance by bank transfer by March 26 for the remainder

N.B.

Students from state / parastatal schools with a musical address (secondary school of I, II or Afam), enjoy 10% reduction on the cost of the Master class. To take advantage of the discount, it is necessary to present, togheter with the others documents, an enrollment certificate issued by the home institution to be shown on the morning of 30 March.

It is up to the home institution to decide to recognize training credits to students.

The bank transfer must be made to the account registered to the Associazione Culturale Animula, whose IBAN is: IT79L0306967684510741019782, specifying in the reason: March 2020 Master class with "name and surname of the teacher", “surname and name” of the student, type of registration (if actual or listener) , type of bank transfer (whether on balance or on account), specifying any membership fee.

The paid fee can be returned:

•        in full only in the event of impossibility to accept the application for exhaustion of available places, or for any cancellation of the Course.

In the event of a refund for the reasons set out above, the involved student has the right to confirm whether or not to register with the Association for any withholding or refund of the relative fee.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORIZATIONS

·         The organization declines all responsibility for any damage to people or things that may occur during the course of the event

·         Participation in the Master classes implies the unconditional acceptance of these regulations and is also valid at the same time as a release for the audio and video footage that can be made during the activities, as well as for their possible subsequent use by the Animula Association

·         For any disputes the Court of Lamezia Terme is competent

·         All participants will receive a participation Diploma signed by the two teachers and the legal representative of the Animula Association

·          to authorize the Animula Association to create, and possibly publish, for advertising and documentary purposes only, photos and / or videos showing the image of the minor taken during the activities.

This authorization is granted in full freedom and autonomy, without conditions or reservations.

As a result of the foregoing, the undersigned with this declaration relieves the organization of the responsibilities that in any case should arise as a result of the minor's participation in the scheduled activities and for any damage it may suffer to its own person or cause to third parties or things in carrying them out.
